I used to believe success meant saying “yes” to everything—more hours, more responsibility, more output. I had promotions and raises, but never true advancement. Beneath the surface? I was tired, foggy, and imagining escape—quitting for something simpler, even though I knew that wouldn’t heal the burnout either.

During that time, I lived on convenient, not-so-nourishing meals. Movement and “me‑time” felt like distant luxuries.

But everything shifted the day I realized: no one is going to make me a priority but me.

Armed with an Exercise Science background and a decade in health and wellness, I leaned into curiosity. I noticed how certain foods changed my mood. How purposeful movement lifted my mental fog. And how simple, enjoyable habits helped me feel like me again.

I stopped waiting for future me to show up and became her—one self(ish) choice at a time.

That’s when my life changed—for real: two promotions back-to-back, then a new role with $30K more income. Not because I worked harder—but because I started with me.

Today, I bring that same shift to the women I coach.

Through my Self(ish) Wellness Membership, I offer a gentle, flexible approach to wellness—no extremes, no “one-size-fits-all.” With certified training as a health coach, functional nutritionist, yoga instructor since 2015, and over a decade of experience, I help ambitious women reconnect with themselves through:

  • Routines that feel good, not exhausing

  • Sustainable systems built to fit your life

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me in my morning ritual of movement and mindfulness—whether it’s a yoga flow, invention of a mocktail ritual, or a walk in nature with my pup. These are the practices that keep me grounded, energized, and ready to show up fully—for my clients, my work, and myself.
